Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, c&j, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Press 3 x 45kg My most hated lift this one — need to improve, coming along slowly.
WOD 3.12 @ 40kg. Should’ve gone heavier but was feeling a bit cooked from yesterday.

me too matty. hate this lift.
wod 8.22 or 8.44 RXD… didnt gas, just was low on energy, and fatigued real quick. first time rxd, really really happy

AM: Half hour run this morning with the course along fannie bay.
Ran about 6km with 10kg weight vest!

Press 3x60, 1x60, 2x60, 3x55, 3x55. Should have started at 57.
Wod DNF, started at 40 as was trying to save the back of my shoulder from cleans. Stopped at around 10reps because it didn’t feel right.
Hopefully it will settle down enough for me to do the Games Wod this sunday.

8:29 Rxed.
First WOD Rxed Since Nov 09. Form turned to poo on the cleans at around 25. Jerks felt solid throughout. Paced myself which helped at the end. Cant believe I thought about scaling!

WOD: 3:23 @ 40kg — Not so happy with that, should have gone heavier. Going to try it Rx on Sunday.
