    Dead­lift — 60kg
    WOD — 2 + 6 Sin­gle Skips
    Felt great to be back!

  2. DL: 8x3 @ 110 — Thats all they had at the hotel

    WOD: 5 rounds + 20 using 15kg weight plate swings instead of med ball cleans.
    Trust travel skip­ping rope came in handy once again.

    WOD: 2 even with 8kg Ball and Dou­ble Unders (Still not link­ing them really well)

    WOD: 3 with 10 Kg Ball with Dou­ble Unders

  4. Dead­lift was 150KG not ter­ri­bly happy but I’ve dropped weight and strength after Thighland

    WOD was 4 rds +17 Rx’d — those cleans are awkward!

    WOD — 2 + 10 — 5kg dumb­ell clean (5 in ea hand), pushups knuck­les with red/yellow + orange bands, ss

    WOD — 3 or 4 + 4reps

    Bung — DL’s 110/120/130/140/150/160, easy!!! love the DL.
    WOD — 3 + 25reps

    WOD — 3 rounds + 8 man­rexed, my first “real” WOD back after hurt­ing my shoul­der, I got though pain free so that is a big win ;-)

  10. dead­lift felt good @ 90kg but pushed a lit­tle too far @ 100kg and injured myself again– only a lit­tle though so i must stay light still very frus­trait­ing.
