We hit 102 people through the door today! The community is growing so quick So to keep up with your thirst for CF, things to come in the near future are:
We will be changing the weightlifting room into a CF room,
We will be opening our CF accessories shop (please email me for idea on what to stock),
We will be adding another 5 sessions a day to the program ,
We have our Iphone and smart phone app almost ready to download,
We are running a come and try weightlifting day similar to the last one which we had over 20 lifters,
We are entering in the next tough mudder Comp,
We are the only team from the nt going to regional s,
We have new top quality equipment coming in,
We are running a nutrition seminar ,
Kids sessions are coming however only once both rooms are set up,
