WOD — 48 reps @ 12.5kg. This was my first time doing this move so I kept it light to work on the technique.
I didn’t score today just wanted to work on my technique which improved across the session. Not bad considering I’ve never done it before.
49 Reps @ 40Kg. Thanks Bren for the tips, still got a long way to go before I’ll be comfortable receiving a heavy weight at full squat.
Still working on technique, so did not do this WOD. Instead 5X3 bench press. 85–95-105–115(F)-105lbs.
PM WOD: 56 reps @ 30kg! Dominated my morning score by 18 with the same weight… what a great day!!!
WOD– 49 reps @ 40kg, felt pretty slack this morning

WOD — 6 reps @ 27.5 kg + 18 reps @ 30kg I started at 35kg but couldn’t get under the bar.
WOD: 38 reps @ 30kg — Felt really good and could feel my technique getting stronger

WOD — 50reps @ 20kgs. Felt my technique really improve. Good WOD.
