  1. WOD — 48 reps @ 12.5kg. This was my first time doing this move so I kept it light to work on the technique.

  2. WOD — 6 reps @ 27.5 kg + 18 reps @ 30kg I started at 35kg but couldn’t get under the bar.

  3. WOD: 38 reps @ 30kg — Felt really good and could feel my tech­nique get­ting stronger ;-)

  4. I didn’t score today just wanted to work on my tech­nique which improved across the ses­sion. Not bad con­sid­er­ing I’ve never done it before.

  5. 61 reps @ 30kg cleans, I wasn’t brave enough to try snatches with the shoul­der yet.

  6. 49 Reps @ 40Kg. Thanks Bren for the tips, still got a long way to go before I’ll be com­fort­able receiv­ing a heavy weight at full squat.

  7. 54 @ 12.5Kg — work­ing on the tech­nique, its slowly get­ting better

  8. 49 @ 50kg. Awe­some WOD. Def­i­nitely a fan. Cues “push the ground away from you” worked a treat

  9. Still work­ing on tech­nique, so did not do this WOD. Instead 5X3 bench press. 85–95-105–115(F)-105lbs.

  10. PM WOD: 56 reps @ 30kg!

    Dom­i­nated my morn­ing score by 18 with the same weight… what a great day!!! :lol:
