  1. Power Snatch: 55, 60, 65 PB
    Power Clean and Jerk: 85 PB, 92.5 F, 92.5 F.

    Seem to power clean it ok just need to work on the Jerk.
    Also need to work on the full squats.

  3. Snatch:65F,67.5F,69F don’t know what hap­pened just couldn’t land one
    Clean and Jerk: 90, 97.5 (PR), 105 F went too far forward

  4. Snatch: 50.5,52.5,55.5 all PRs for full snatch
    60 is in sight — still learn­ing to trust that bar over­head
    Clean & Jerk — 80,85F,85F
    First time I’ve attepted the full move

  5. Snatch — 30kg PB
    C&J — 42.5 PB, 45F, 47.5F
    I did 45kg sev­eral times in warm up but let nerves get the best of me in front of every­one, still smashed both PB’s.
