WOD: 3+25 Blue and orange for HSPU, was on the tire for box jumps, big sesh today.
SJ — 90kg, stayed at the weight to work on technique. a rather difficult movement

Split Jerk: 35kg. Probably could have gone heavier, but only done this lift once before.
WOD: 2 + 6 @ org/org bands. Couldn’t get Rx’d HSPU today!!! Aarrhhh!!!

Really need to overcome my fear of falling — thinking about seeing someone because I know I can do them — just terrified of falling — same with rope climb.
SJ — 35kg (I think I put 37.5 on the board but I had a maths fail, I only got one rep at at 37.5)
WOD — 2 rounds + 3 negative HSPU after fart assing around trying Rx’d HSPU. Next time!

WOD: 3 Rounds with Purple/Red Bands for HSPU and big Box
Split Jerk: 90kg. Pretty dissapointed with my lifts. Very fatigued today, cumulative slep debt certainly an issue.
WOD: 4 + 130 RX’d. A couple of plates on the box for good measure.
SJ — 90 kg didn’t feel heavy but technique needs improvement.
WOD 3 + 12 with p/b band.

Still have my legs on a stability ball for HSPU. Any suggestions to make this harder? I don’t have bands at the gym.
