    WOD– 3 rounds, PU’s & mat box jumps

  4. Split Jerk @ 32.5kg stayed light to work tech and exter­nal rotation.

    It is about time I finally got some RXD HSPU!!

    WOD: 3+25 Blue and orange for HSPU, was on the tire for box jumps, big sesh today.

  6. SJ — 90kg, stayed at the weight to work on tech­nique. a rather dif­fi­cult move­ment
    WOD — 3+6 Rxd. first HSPU wod rxd :twisted:

  7. Split Jerk: 35kg. Prob­a­bly could have gone heav­ier, but only done this lift once before.
    WOD: 2 + 6 @ org/org bands. Couldn’t get Rx’d HSPU today!!! Aarrhhh!!!

    WOD: 3 + 4 B/R HSPU
    Really need to over­come my fear of falling — think­ing about see­ing some­one because I know I can do them — just ter­ri­fied of falling — same with rope climb.

  9. SJ — 35kg (I think I put 37.5 on the board but I had a maths fail, I only got one rep at at 37.5)

    WOD — 2 rounds + 3 neg­a­tive HSPU after fart ass­ing around try­ing Rx’d HSPU. Next time!

    WOD:3 Rounds with Blue/Red Bands for HSPU and Small Box

    Clem: Split Jerk 50Kg
    WOD: 3 Rounds with Purple/Red Bands for HSPU and big Box

  12. Split Jerk: 90kg. Pretty dis­s­a­pointed with my lifts. Very fatigued today, cumu­la­tive slep debt cer­tainly an issue.
    WOD: 4 + 130 RX’d. A cou­ple of plates on the box for good measure.

  13. SJ — 90 kg didn’t feel heavy but tech­nique needs improve­ment.
    WOD 3 + 12 with p/b band.

  14. Split Jerk– 35kg
    WOD– 3 rounds (lot of stuff­ing around with bands)
    B box, red/red band, scaled to red+yellow/red band, all rows

  15. Split Jerk — 95lbs
    WOD: 3 rounds + 5 box jumps.
    Still have my legs on a sta­bil­ity ball for HSPU. Any sug­ges­tions to make this harder? I don’t have bands at the gym.
