Just finished this years Gibb challenge, our team of four riders came 12th out of 64 teams, many with the maximum of six riders. We also raised over $7000 for charity. Thanks to those of you that donated and thanks Brendan for getting me fit enough not to die at the end of each stage!!

PC: worked on new technique @90kg, felt weird at fist but by the las one i got it.
WOD:15/45 RXD,was pretty happy with that, know i could have done more, but thats the way it goes with these ones.
I really should proof read my comments before I post them in the future…
PC: worked at 95kg.…form was a bit poor at 100kg.

Power Clean — 60kg coulda pushed more but tryin to get consistent form, still having trouble getting it off the thighs
WOD — 10WB @10kg/10DU, almost linking double-unders, but not quite. got 8 in a row tonight..

Power Clean 52kg with good form, 55kg with pretty terrible form

Did this one Tuesday as I had the flu Monday.
Power Clean — 85–95-105lbs (dropped on second attempt…hand slipped, but luckily I stopped the weights with my quad!)
