  1. Just fin­ished this years Gibb chal­lenge, our team of four rid­ers came 12th out of 64 teams, many with the max­i­mum of six rid­ers. We also raised over $7000 for char­ity. Thanks to those of you that donated and thanks Bren­dan for get­ting me fit enough not to die at the end of each stage!!

    WOD– 7 WB & 30 DU rxd, my knee was pretty sore from rugby so slowed me down a bit in the wall balls

    WOD — 10 WB @ 6kg, 80 S/S — Still need to work out how to do dou­ble unders. I’ll get them eventually!

  9. Well done to you and your team Matty. Look­ing for­ward to train­ing with you when check in should your sched­ule allow for a 5.30pm ses­sion.
    Bren­dan has added a cou­ple of spin bikes — so we’ll have to hand­i­cap you somehow.

    WOD: 13 WB and 20 DU Rx’d. I was doing really well with my WB until the last round!! :|

    Good to be back with the 5:30pm crew! Even though I had to do prowler pushes!!! :???:

  11. PC: worked on new tech­nique @90kg, felt weird at fist but by the las one i got it.
    WOD:15/45 RXD,was pretty happy with that, know i could have done more, but thats the way it goes with these ones.

  13. Power Clean — 60kg coulda pushed more but tryin to get con­sis­tent form, still hav­ing trou­ble get­ting it off the thighs
    WOD — 10WB @10kg/10DU, almost link­ing double-unders, but not quite. got 8 in a row tonight..

    WOD– 15WB (10kg), 30DU

  16. Did this one Tues­day as I had the flu Mon­day.
    Power Clean — 85–95-105lbs (dropped on sec­ond attempt…hand slipped, but luck­ily I stopped the weights with my quad!)

    WOD: 20 WB (12 lbs) and 90 SU

    Rough day…drop the weights, skip­ping rope broke…sheesh.
