Took me forever but it’s my first WOD ever with Rx’d pull ups!! Pretty chuffed!

18:15 with 12kg KB and red band. Felt stronger with the pull ups today.

23:02 with B/B I really struggled for energy this morning. thought I had finished and stopped then realised I had 1 more round to go.
Oh and Beersy you Lachy and Rob are machines.

Bung — 18:06 Rx. Chest to bar Pullups, floating like a butterfly.
Mish — 22 something. Getting famil’d with the 24kg KB.
Hard Farking WOD, struggled to breath.
WOD: 23.14 @ 20kg. Alternate run/row. Last couple of rounds were hard, but enjoyed this WOD and my hands stayed in tact.
started off fine.. ended up ripping my hand open on the pullups.
30something. time ran out i had 1 round left, had to finish so i kept going.

Pretty much flat out all the way side by side with Aaron. Not sure how we could have gone any faster. All reps done unbroken.
26:06 — 20kg KB, blue and yellow band for pull ups
this one was hard work!!
16.02-16kg red band (wish i could get the swing thing,would be easier one day!)
WOD– 27:57 rx’d ..then scaled to 20 for last 3 rounds
24KBS killed me… First 7 rounds felt like I was going to die — last 3 was afraid I might not!!
this one had me bent over… 27:56 rxd just had no stamina
22:55 at 24Kg with a row instead of run. Rx pull ups.
20.12 RXD tore my hands apart on the bar and kb.
21:10 — 30lb KB, assisted pull ups and rowing
Clarification anyone — run/row — do you chose, or do you do one run, then one row.…?
