  1. WOD — 3 rounds + 8 @ 30kg
    — 2 rounds + 12 rx’d
    I’m not sure which are harder, bent over or ring rows!

  2. WOD — 3 rounds +5 @ 30kg and 2 rounds + 18
    Ring rows were harder for me — would be a dif­fer­ent story if I had rx’d the weight

  3. WOD — 3 rnds +100 @25kg and 3 rnds + 17
    (try­ing to mix in more dou­ble skips, maybe 20% this time)

  4. WOD: 1 + 40 @ 30kg and 2 + 20 with GHD sit ups.

    Need­less to say, my arms are fried!!!

    Bent over’s were bloody heavy, but still not as bad as ring rows!

    —–2+40 bent rows @30kg
    (ring rows go from ‘on fire’ for the first 5 to ‘flat­line’ every few after that — jeesh!) Great WOD

  7. WOD: 3 + 2 60kg bent row ( 60kg was tough)
    3 + 10 GHD sit ups ( had to do a pro­gres­sive ring rows)

  8. WOD:
    2 + 23 @ 50kg SS / DUN combo
    2 + 58 — ring row with box for 1st, 2nd round pro­gres­sion SS / DUN combo

  9. 2 + 13 @ 25kg s/s with a cou­ple of du’s
    2 + 11 s/s with a cou­ple of du’s

  10. 3 rounds with K2B and sin­gles (worked in as many dou­bles as I could)
    3 rounds + 32 (no rings so used squat bar and did same move­ment), and singles
