  2. Clean was 60kg, com­pleted 8 sets of 3reps
    WOD= 2 + 215@20kg

    a lit­tle dis­ap­pointed as was aim­ing for 3 rounds min­i­mum but was oper­at­ing on 5 hours sleep and that just does not work well with me. Will push harder next time round.

  3. Clean 60kg — went light for first day train­ing in a while

    WOD 3 rounds and 21 reps @ 24kg

    Bung — Clean 80kg

  6. Clean — 75kg — very fatigued today — bit run down I think.
