    WOD– 7:40 b/r bands I was in strug­gle city this morning.

  2. Push Press — 37.5kg (got 1 rep out at 40kg!)
    WOD — 10:00 @ P/R bands, 25kg
    Com­plete fail at HSPUs this morn­ing… As I fatigued I couldn’t lock out and I even had to resort to push ups in the sec­ond set :sad:

  3. Push Press — 50kg (last rep gave me a bad feel­ing in my back)
    WOD — 5:01 @40kg Red/Orange and then had to go to a blue band at the end.

    WOD 9.37 @ 50kg RXD got 19 HSPU out in the first round feel­ing a lit­tle fatigued after the push press

    WOD — 52 Reps, Red and Orange bands for HSPU. I can’t do HSPU to save myself. Going to put in some seri­ous prac­tice to get these sorted!

  8. Push Press– 50kg and 1 @ 60kg old neck injury didn’t like it
    WOD 7:01 @ 50kg

  9. 52.5kg Push press — being care­ful of my shoul­der
    WOD : 10:12 Rx Hand­stand pushups were too much on the poor shoul­der today :cry:

  10. Push Press — 37.5kgs
    WOD — 6:33 k/push ups :-( 17.5kgs way way too light
    I totally suck at push ups!!!

  11. 75kgs dropped back to 60 after 2 sets because of poor back posi­tion
    WOD: Ran out of time to get any value out of HSPU practice.
