  1. Hang Snatch 30kg focused on mechan­ics
    WOD-5.55 started with red band on first round of pull ups…time to harden up and drop the band it was so much eas­ier once I found the rhythm

    Hang Snatch 40kg which was 10kg more than 5.30am ses­sion (felt heaps bet­ter
    WOD 6.07 Rx’d ripped the crap out of my hands but totally worth it

    WOD — 5:42 @ no bands for the first 20 and had to go to orange.

    WOD — 6:44, blue band PUs…again :sad: When I finally make it to red bands the whole world is going to hear about it!

  10. Hang Snatch — 42.5kg really enjoyed this — said to Leroy I’d love to do weightlift­ing train­ing in two hour blocks because I seem to get bet­ter the longer I go in these strength ses­sions.
    WOD: 8:24 — prat­iced but­ter­flies — my esti­mate for nor­mal kip­ping — under 4 mins????

  11. Hang snatch: 57.5kg got the move­ment right now need to work on the shoul­der sta­bil­ity
    WOD:6:30 rxd, I’m no run­ner i know that — pull up con­fi­dence still not 100 % there.

  12. Hang Snatch — 75–75-85 lbs (85 the shoul­ders were not so sta­ble and not going down far enough in squat –needs some work)
    WOD: 6:18 — assisted pull ups and rowing
