  1. Mish — Strick pullups with orange then dropped to red band and instead of pushups i chose doubel unders!! OMG the arms fatigue !
    No Bung today :(

    2:10 quicker than Jan­u­ary so happy with that.
    Also cranked out the first 30 pull ups before stop­ping so new best max linked.

  4. ANNIE — 27:04 (57 pullups with orange, the rest with red — all strict). Every­thing else Rx. That one hurt.

  5. Aaaaaargh!!! Should’ve scaled my pull ups more from the very begin­ning… wasted 20 min­utes try­ing to get them out.

    took 12 min­utes to get out the pull ups — to much stuff­ing around and some good tears and blis­ters to go with, the gloves were off, then on then off.….
