WOD– 28:03 took forever to do the pull ups and push ups
Mish — Strick pullups with orange then dropped to red band and instead of pushups i chose doubel unders!! OMG the arms fatigue !

24:36 — used red and orange bands for the pull ups and push ups. Felt good about the WOD though!

Also cranked out the first 30 pull ups before stopping so new best max linked.
