2 muscle ups
4 Hand Stand Push Ups
8 Kettle Bell Swings 32kg’s
This killed us! Did the first to muscle up rx’d for my 20 mins but then changed to jumping muscle ups and subbed 12 push ups for hand stand push ups.
Jay 9 rounds plus 2 jumping muscle ups and 12 pushups
Reece 9 rounds plus 2 jumping muscle ups, 12 push ups and 1 kettle bell swing
