•30 thrusters 20kg
•30 sumo-deadlift high pull 35kg/20kg
•30 burpees
•30 medball cleans 10kg/5kg
•30 wallballs 10kg/5kg
team members all start on different stations and rotate to the next one only once all team members have completed their 30 reps/calories
