teams must com­plete
•row 30 calo­ries
•30 thrusters 20kg
•30 sumo-deadlift high pull 35kg/20kg
•30 burpees
•30 med­ball cleans 10kg/5kg
•30 wall­balls 10kg/5kg

team mem­bers all start on dif­fer­ent sta­tions and rotate to the next one only once all team mem­bers have com­pleted their 30 reps/calories
