Hero WOD
Chief Petty Officer Nate Hardy was killed Sunday February 4th during combat operations in Iraq. Nate is survived by his wife, Mindi, and his infant son Parker.
CF Terrtorians please at the box a little bit earlier today if you have never been shown how to use bands for Handstand push ups!
