CrossFit Territory

  • Eat meat and veg­eta­bles, nuts and seeds, some fruit, lit­tle starch and no sugar. Keep intake to lev­els that will sup­port exer­cise but not body fat. Prac­tice and train major lifts: Dead­lift, clean, squat, presses, c&j, and snatch. Sim­i­larly, mas­ter the basics of gym­nas­tics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to hand­stand, pirou­ettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these ele­ments in as many com­bi­na­tions and pat­terns as cre­ativ­ity will allow. Rou­tine is the enemy. Keep work­outs short and intense. Before & After

Clint joined CFT in Sep­tem­ber 2009. Back then he couldn’t squat more than  a cou­ple of cm’s, he couldn’t do a shoul­der dis­lo­cate, he couldn’t  do a pull up and was in a really bad way phys­i­cally.  6 months has passed and now Clint can squat, dead­lift, press, clean, snatch, do pull ups and pretty much every thing else that we ask of him.

His jour­ney has been hard, but it has been very reward­ing to be apart of it. Clint has taught me a lot and has been a great athlete.

Clint thanks for all the great work you have done around the box and with the CFT com­mu­nity. I hope you enjoy mov­ing back to Mel­bourne and we all wish you the best.  Clint you are the real deal mate and it has being a plea­sure train­ing you.
