Before & After
Clint joined CFT in September 2009. Back then he couldn’t squat more than a couple of cm’s, he couldn’t do a shoulder dislocate, he couldn’t do a pull up and was in a really bad way physically. 6 months has passed and now Clint can squat, deadlift, press, clean, snatch, do pull ups and pretty much every thing else that we ask of him.
His journey has been hard, but it has been very rewarding to be apart of it. Clint has taught me a lot and has been a great athlete.
Clint thanks for all the great work you have done around the box and with the CFT community. I hope you enjoy moving back to Melbourne and we all wish you the best. Clint you are the real deal mate and it has being a pleasure training you.
