CrossFit Territory

  • Eat meat and veg­eta­bles, nuts and seeds, some fruit, lit­tle starch and no sugar. Keep intake to lev­els that will sup­port exer­cise but not body fat. Prac­tice and train major lifts: Dead­lift, clean, squat, presses, c&j, and snatch. Sim­i­larly, mas­ter the basics of gym­nas­tics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to hand­stand, pirou­ettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these ele­ments in as many com­bi­na­tions and pat­terns as cre­ativ­ity will allow. Rou­tine is the enemy. Keep work­outs short and intense. CFT will start to ad in weighted vest work­outs. Due to hygiene weighted vest will not be avail­able as shared equip­ment. As a result CFT has NINE 30kg weighted vest on sale. If you are inter­ested let me know ASAP as they will go very quick. Price is $160.00 and they are very good qual­ity.

Hero WOD

Chief Petty Offi­cer Nate Hardy was killed Sun­day Feb­ru­ary 4th dur­ing com­bat oper­a­tions in Iraq. Nate is sur­vived by his wife, Mindi, and his infant son Parker.

CF Ter­rto­ri­ans please at the box a lit­tle bit ear­lier today if you have never been shown how to use bands for Hand­stand push ups!
