200m run
1o minute time cap
Post weight for back squat and reps/time for Metcon;

Here’s a little FYI on cancer cells, like all cells, they require glucose (sugar) to grow. But unlike other cells, they consume 4 to 5 times more glucose/energy. So, logic would say – restrict sugar (carbohydrate/energy) and kill cancer. Read More.….
