CrossFit Territory

  • Eat meat and veg­eta­bles, nuts and seeds, some fruit, lit­tle starch and no sugar. Keep intake to lev­els that will sup­port exer­cise but not body fat. Prac­tice and train major lifts: Dead­lift, clean, squat, presses, c&j, and snatch. Sim­i­larly, mas­ter the basics of gym­nas­tics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to hand­stand, pirou­ettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these ele­ments in as many com­bi­na­tions and pat­terns as cre­ativ­ity will allow. Rou­tine is the enemy. Keep work­outs short and intense. Rest Day @ CFT

Rest, recov­ery, and roll

Cross­Fit Chicks has been a great suc­cess.
Thank you to all you ladies who attended, and of course to all those who spread the word; its great to see the dynam­ics of our com­mu­nity grow­ing.
We will be run­ning the same thing (Cross­Fit Chicks) at the same time (10:00 — 11:00), same place (CFT) next Sat­ur­day (24/4).

There will be no charge for next week’s ses­sion of Cross­Fit Chicks, so if you know of any­one who would like to come and see what Cross­Fit Ter­ri­tory is all about, send them down or get them to drop me an email

Cross­fit Ter­riotry is in the plan­ning process of the Ter­ri­to­ries first CF games day. I was think­ing of call­ing it the “Ter­ri­tory Tough Chal­lenge”. What are your thoughts? Or do you have any suggestions?
