Rest day @ CFT
The box will only be running 5:00pm session this week and will be closed this weekend due to the Olympic Lifting sports power coach level 1 course being run, sorry for any inconvenience.

There are still spots available on the sports power coach course that is due to run the 29th and 30th of May.
If you are interested please come to the box on Monday and fill out a registration and pay the course fee which is $600. Monday is the last day for fees and registration.

Hero WOD
Chief Petty Officer Nate Hardy was killed Sunday February 4th during combat operations in Iraq. Nate is survived by his wife, Mindi, and his infant son Parker.
CF Terrtorians please at the box a little bit earlier today if you have never been shown how to use bands for Handstand push ups!
