The Paleo diet is simple yet remarkably effective for fat loss and halting or preventing a number of degenerative diseases. To reap the benefits of the most effective nutritional strategy known, one need simply build meals from the following:
Lean proteins (ideally) grass fed meat, free range fowl and wild caught fish.

CrossFit Territory is having its first games day In June more details will come pout in the following weeks. The event is open to all crossfitters from the Territory. At this stage it is planned to have a male and female unscaled division and a male and female scaled division. This gives you around 2 months to train up.

What a great attendance tonight at the fundamentals; in total there were 12 new CrossFit Territorians. It is great to see the community at the box growing and also to see a wide range of diverse athletes. The road to becoming functionally fit can be long and hard, however the reward at the end is worth every drop of sweat, every tear shed, every failed lift, every moment when you thought you couldn’t give any more, but you did.
