  • Eat meat and veg­eta­bles, nuts and seeds, some fruit, lit­tle starch and no sugar. Keep intake to lev­els that will sup­port exer­cise but not body fat. Prac­tice and train major lifts: Dead­lift, clean, squat, presses, c&j, and snatch. Sim­i­larly, mas­ter the basics of gym­nas­tics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to hand­stand, pirou­ettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these ele­ments in as many com­bi­na­tions and pat­terns as cre­ativ­ity will allow. Rou­tine is the enemy. Keep work­outs short and intense. I would like to apolo­gies for the can­cel­la­tion of mon­days ses­sion. Unfor­tu­nately my lit­tle fella Ollie was hos­pi­tal­ized  that  lunch time and he and his two very wor­ried par­ents didn’t leave until late Mon­day night

To avoid an over crowded box tonight I sug­gest some ath­letes attend the 6:00pm ses­sion. Not to men­tion that this is the cooler time.

I am look­ing at run­ning the AWF Olympic Lift­ing Sports Power Coach Level 1 Course on the 29 and 30th of May 2010 if you are inter­ested Let me know at the box by no later than Wednes­day and I will give you your reg­is­tra­tion paper work. The course is $600 and I will let you know of any fur­ther pay­ment details as they are pre­sented to me.
