CFT will start to ad in weighted vest workouts. Due to hygiene weighted vest will not be available as shared equipment. As a result CFT has NINE 30kg weighted vest on sale. If you are interested let me know ASAP as they will go very quick. Price is $160.00 and they are very good quality.

With a continuously running clock do 1 Deadlift and 1 pull up the first min, 2 the second, 3 the third, and so on till you can not complete the number.
Deadlift @ 70% of 1 RM

“Tabata Something Else”
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
Compare to 10th February 2010
Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.
