To avoid an over crowded box tonight I suggest some athletes attend the 6:00pm session. Not to mention that this is the cooler time.
I am looking at running the AWF Olympic Lifting Sports Power Coach Level 1 Course on the 29 and 30th of May 2010 if you are interested Let me know at the box by no later than Wednesday and I will give you your registration paper work. The course is $600 and I will let you know of any further payment details as they are presented to me.
