Our “Fundamental Movements Introduction ” is designed to give the client a progressive step-by-step introduction to the “9 Fundamental movements”, The Methodology, Programming and Intensity to CrossFit and the training here at CFT.
You start your training with a Small Group personal coaching sessions with one of our Coaches. In this session you will cover everything there is to know for successful participation in the classes. From the breakdown of the “9 Fundamentals”, to Bio Mechanic correction, to nutrition.
The sessions are as follows:
Over Head Squat
Sumo Deadlift High pull
Other movement that you are give exposure to are:
Pull up with band
Push up with band
Hand stand push up with band
Dip with band
Kettlebell swing and variations
Dynamic Range of movement warm up
