Our group fit­ness train­ing utilises a spec­trum of effec­tive meth­ods, drawn from many fit­ness and ath­letic dis­ci­plines. Cross­fit focuses on func­tion, health and fun!

Strength & Conditioning

We offer pri­vate and team strength and con­di­tion­ing ser­vices to ath­letes, and teams of all sports and dis­ci­plines. Pro­gram­ming and coach­ing is tai­lored for each ath­lete or group to ensure max­i­mum effec­tive­ness and success.

Per­sonal Training

Cross­fit Ter­ri­tory offers per­sonal train­ing for all types of clients with all types of goals, whether its gen­eral fit­ness, or sport / goal spe­cific train­ing. Speak to one of our highly accred­ited train­ers today.

Olympic Weightlift­ing

We offer pri­vate train­ing, group and team train­ing, and train­ing as a part of our Olympic weightlift­ing team for men and women of all ages and expe­ri­ence lev­els. Schol­ar­ships and spon­sor­ships are avail­able for promis­ing and ded­i­cated weightlifters.
