Class Policy and Signing Up
We require that you start with a series of one-on-one training sessions or alternatively enroll in one of our cost effective CrossFit fundamental courses. These sessions are used to familiarize yourself with the equipment, movements and stimulus that we use in CrossFit; they are imperative as they will ensure that you develop the motor skills required to complete the technical CrossFit moves safely.
The initial sessions you will be taught are the 9 fundamental movements of CrossFit which are as follows;
- Air squat,

- Front squat
- Overhead squat,
- Shoulder press,
- Push press
- Push jerk,
- Dead lift,
- Sumo deadlift high pull and
- Med ball clean.
This is done over a period of three group sessions of around 6 people.
This is to ensure that you receive adequate technical coaching to then move into our advance group session, where you will pick up the more technique moves related to CrossFit which are seen on all CF web sites. Sessions are on every day of the week except Sunday. The initial fundamental course price is $100 and you must complete it before moving into the workouts of the day (WOD).
The options are:
1.- $100 gets you the initial fundamental 3 session,
2.-$200 gets you the 3 initial fundamental session plus a 10 session Pass, and
3.-$200 gets you the 3 initial fundamental session plus a month unlimited session on ezy pay direct debit.
Upon completion you may then continue with private sessions or enter our group classes. Please contact Coaches to schedule your private sessions.

The casual rate is intended for CrossFitters that are visiting the NT. It is not an acceptable ongoing payment method for regular members.
