Bren­dan spe­cialises in the coach­ing meth­ods and tech­nique of Cross­fit. He has 8 years of expe­ri­ence, train­ing within a highly moti­vated oper­a­tional deployed arms corps unit in the Aus­tralian army.  As a result he per­son­ally knows what it takes and how to forge elite fit­ness and over­come life’s chal­lenges. As a Phys­i­cal Train­ing Instruc­tor (PTI) for the army, Bren­dan deals with a wide range of clients, from aged, var­ied fit­ness lev­els, pre/post natal to injured and reha­bil­i­ta­tion. There­fore Bren­dan holds a firm belief that you’re needs, the sol­diers needs and the Olympic ath­letes needs dif­fer by degree not kind. Hav­ing help pre­pare sol­diers men­tally and phys­i­cally for life’s chal­lenges, whether its oper­a­tions or Elite army selec­tion courses. Bren­dan can draw on his expe­ri­ence and exper­tise to help you reach your fit­ness goals and the body that fol­lows as a result.

I love to train. How­ever like most peo­ple new to cross­fit, I now know I’ve been train­ing ‘stu­pid’ for a long time. While train­ing in the Army a friend sug­gested I try, “this new fad full of impos­si­ble work outs.” Fast for­ward to today and Cross­fit is a love and a pas­sion that I want to share with every­one I can. I like to think I bring a moti­vat­ing energy to the box and to the daily “wod” that will push you to the kind of inten­sity and evi­dence based results that we all want.
