Brendan specialises in the coaching methods and technique of Crossfit. He has 8 years of experience, training within a highly motivated operational deployed arms corps unit in the Australian army. As a result he personally knows what it takes and how to forge elite fitness and overcome life’s challenges. As a Physical Training Instructor (PTI) for the army, Brendan deals with a wide range of clients, from aged, varied fitness levels, pre/post natal to injured and rehabilitation. Therefore Brendan holds a firm belief that you’re needs, the soldiers needs and the Olympic athletes needs differ by degree not kind. Having help prepare soldiers mentally and physically for life’s challenges, whether its operations or Elite army selection courses. Brendan can draw on his experience and expertise to help you reach your fitness goals and the body that follows as a result.

I love to train. However like most people new to crossfit, I now know I’ve been training ‘stupid’ for a long time. While training in the Army a friend suggested I try, “this new fad full of impossible work outs.” Fast forward to today and Crossfit is a love and a passion that I want to share with everyone I can. I like to think I bring a motivating energy to the box and to the daily “wod” that will push you to the kind of intensity and evidence based results that we all want.
