Brendan
Brendan is head coach and managing director of CrossFit Territory. He has experience in
Military fitness, Olympic lifting, strength and conditioning, rehabilitation, sport periodization; his passion however, is specialising in the coaching methods and techniques of Crossfit. He has 9 years of experience, training with highly motivated individuals in the Australian Army. As a former Physical Training Instructor (PTI) for the army, Brendan has dealt with a wide range of athletes, including aged, varied fitness levels, pre/post natal, injured, those requiring rehabilitation and Elite Amry athletes . Brendan holds a firm belief that you’re needs and the those of elite athletes differ by degree not kind.
Brendan is a professional, yet relaxed individual that can draw on his experience and expertise to help you reach your fitness and life goals.
Achievements
–May 2010 22nd in the Australian and New Zealand Crossfit Regionals
–Was chosen for the Australian Weightlifting Federation Coach Mentor Program. This was in the lead up to the 2011 Delhi Commonwealth Games where he got to work with Australia’s top weightlifter and the Australian Coach.(2010)
–Nov 2010Placed 1st in the NTWA open Weightlifting Competition with a total of 206kg and a Sinclair score of 250.75
–Dec 2010 Placed 1st in NTWA open weightlifting Competition
–Jan 2011 Place 1st in NTWA open weightlifting Competition

Jason was a State and
National level cyclist, for 6 years, before enlisting into the Army in 2002. After spending the last 3 years as a Physical Training Instructor he was at the crossroads with his training and knew there had to be a better way, so after some research he turned to CrossFit.

Darren Wilcock
Masseur
Darren has completed 24 years with the British Army serving with the Army Physical Training Corps. He has a varied depth of experience in Physical and Adventurous Training which he has brought across with joining the ADF as a Physical Training Instructor (PTI). His past time sport was Enduro/Motorcross where he has competed at a very high level, representing the British Army and Great Britian in World Championship events. To his credit he has competed in 10 International Six Day Enduros around the world winning 8 silver medals.
Darren has worked closely with the British Under 23 Enduro Squad mentoring them in their fitness training and sports massage.
